E-Mail Newsletter Service Constant Contact Prices IPO
Wednesday, October 3, 2007Constant Contact, which manages and delivers e-mail newsletters (including ours), has priced its IPO, which it initially filed for in July. The company says it will sell 6.7 million shares, including 870,161 from existing shareholders, at $16.00 per share.
