Sunday, May 27, 2007I am amazed at how fast Russians have embraced the ideals of capitalism. In doing so, they have revived horse racing at Moscow’s hippodrome for the annual Monte-Carlo radio grand-prix horse race. Strict dress codes were enforced such that men are required to wear suits and women are required to wear dresses. This report was highlighted in Russia Today’s entertainment programming.
