Journal Entry Two Website Analysis Using Jakob Nielson 10 Usability Heruistics
Thursday, October 16, 2008After evaluating the Virgin Airlines America web site in regard to Jakob Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics, Amy and I found that this site uses Nielsen’s criteria more effectively than its competitors. In terms of usability, the Virgin Airlines site ranks
high in all ten areas. The results of our analysis in terms of Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics are documented below.
