Monday, November 10, 2008Well, I’ve changed my mind. I had every intention of waiting until the first of the year to begin my weight loss plan. I had such great success quitting smoking as a New Year’s resolution 3 years ago that I figured it would work as well for losing this weight that I put on when I quit smoking. But I changed my mind.
