Multiple TLDs; Google has chosen the "wrong" one

The organization I am with (NSSCDS) has the same domain in
the .com, .net, and .org TLDs. Our ISP has a proprietary internal
redirect mechanism that hides the fact that all three domains point to
the same site. We are a nonprofit, and we try to use the .org address
for all of our links and documents. But Google seems to have fixated
