Wednesday, August 20, 2008In a USA Today article, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin says the Internet is so important that all US consumer should have high-speed Internet free of charge.
“More and more people expect and demand to have access to the Internet and new wireless technologies,” Martin says. “It is important that the (FCC) try to find new ways to address” those needs.
