Flatbed toaster is great until you rest your arm on it
Tuesday, November 3, 2009At first glance, Bodum's flatbed toaster is a neat idea, allowing you to toast strangely-shaped items without it having to fit inside a small appliance. But then you get to thinking: wait, this seems like an idiotic idea.
I mean, toasters heat objects from both sides. This would toast bread on one side only. And how efficient can this be, heating the open air like this? Not to mention the risk of...
