Wednesday, November 4, 2009Yesterday, PayPal launched the PayPal X developer platform at its PayPal X Conference. Its goal: to become the medium in which financial transactions occur across the web. The eBay subsidiary hopes to do this by wooing developers into integrating PayPal into their apps.
