What/Where: 2BR, 2BA condo on East 12th Street between Fifth and University
Square Feet: 2,732
Maintenance/CC: $1,265
The Skinny: The listing for this Greenwich Village condo invites prospective buyers to "bring your architect" right off the bat. The "spectacular bones" your architect will have to work with: 12.8-foot ceilings, four original columns, and 60 feet of windows that look out on townhouse gardens belonging to other people. How much for dem bones?
