MEPA—The A Building isn't the only bit of newish construction to get some screen time lately. The Theory Building at 40 Gansevoort Street is now starring in a cell phone commercial. But wait a minute: "The building has been digitally altered to include a T-mobile marquee and replaces the brick colored columns with gray ones."
