The Dia Art Foundation is planning to return to its former home in Chelsea with a new museum space. But unlike other art galleries that have hired
starchitects to build their new homes -- we're lookin' at you, Whitney Museum -- the Dia is turning up its nose at big-name architects and their fancypants designs. Or, as Dia Director Philippe Vergne put it: "No bling." [NYT]
