Man creates Rubik's Cubist art using thousands of cubes
Sunday, November 8, 2009The Rubik's Cube must rank as one of the geekiest toys of all time, so art isn't the first thing that normally comes to mind when most people pick one up. That didn't stop John Quigley, who uses thousands of mini 3x3 cubes to make his own ultra geeky pixel art.
Far from just plopping new solved cubes into a frame, Quigley determines which colors need to be showing in all nine squares of the vis...
