#140conf London took place yesterday at the O2 Indigo in London. In the end, 67 people spoke in 35 sessions during the course of the day. Quite a number of people from the UK media were in attendance.

On Sunday December 6th, I am hosting/producing: �Social Media Summit: Israel� which will explore the state of Social Media, where things are headed in the future and where the money is today and will be tomorrow. There will be a discussion of both Facebook and twitter and we will be exploring the emerging real-time Internet and the impact this will have on business.

I am looking for creative, out-of-the-box thinkers to come forward and pitch me about a topics they are passionate about. Note: the stage is where we will share and present ideas. This is not a venue to pitch a company, product or service.

#140conf Los Angeles took place on October 27/28. Ten days later I am still feeling the positive energy from the event. My two big take aways from the event were: Humanity and Serendipity. These two words are something anyone can experience at any moment and it was something which many of us felt during the two days we occupied the Kodak Theatre.

Looking back the experience was kind of surreal and amazing and something which I will remember for some time to come. The event brought together some pretty amazing characters, some who spoke on stage, some who stood on the side lines and others who shared their presence in the audience.

There was a strong feeling of community shared by everyone who was part of the experience. Friendships were created, people bonded, ideas were shared and #140conf LA was a great place to do business.
